Today's Hair and Make-up

So today I took my two standard poodles to the doggy salon to be clipped and I didn't want to go over the top with my look, I just wanted natural looking eyes but with lips that POP, yes it was early morning around 8.30 am to be exact, so yes I do look a little tired!(oh and don't mind the eyebrows, I am growing them as I want a fuller shape)

My June Beauty and Fashion Wishlist!

This is a list of products I wish to purchase in June ... Whether I do or not is a different story!

This jewellery piece is just so beautiful, the blue marble effect stones are to die for, I'm really loving blue and gold jewellery at the moment, with my hair being red, the blue and red just compliment each other so well! Big chunky necklaces are definitely my thing at the moment, as i like to wear a statement necklace if my top or blouse hasn't got much going on.

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer
I have heard nothing but amazing reviews about this product, about it's consistency, the silky smooth texture, I have been trialling different primers for a while now, and this is one that I have not yet tried, I want the perfect canvas for my foundation to sit on, and with all the positive review's I have heard, I think this could be THE ONE!

Benefit Brow Zings Compact
I have wanted this brow kit for so long, but I have never gotten round to purchasing it, but I am adamant that I WILL!
The brow zings comes with pigmented wax to hold those fly-a ways down! A natural shaded powder for setting, Small Discrete tweezers for those random hairs that come out of no where, a firm angled brush for applying and a blending brush to erase those hard lines.

And lastly is this Sleek Face Contour Kit in Light
I have been looking for about 6 months now, for a well pigmented contour palette and had not found one, until I went into superdrug and tested out this palette in medium, I loved the matte bronzer but the shimmered blush and highlight, the only downside was that they didn't have the palette in light, as medium was a little too dark for me.

My Favourite MAC Makeup

Mac Studio Fix Fluid 30ML

I love this foundation, the consistency, the smell, the blend.

This foundation to me feels like silk, and blends amazingly

I have combination skin, but personally I don't think this foundation would work that well on oily skin, and it has sort of an oily base.

I would say the coverage is medium, but the more layers you put on is of course going to strengthen the coverage.

I bought this foundation in NC43.5 and this is fairly darker than my natural skin tone, but I chose this shade as I like to fake tan, and this shade matches perfectly with that.

This concealer conceals evvveryythingg!
and the best thing is... it doesn't crease under the eye, it's fast drying yet doesn't make you dry and stiff like some concealers do, you can feel the moisture locked into you face yet it doesn't make you sticky, or feel oily.
MAC Bronzing Powder 10G
This bronzer is perfect for contouring!
It blends perfectly! It comes in this cute black sleek packaging, with rose gold letters on the front, and inside is a handy little compact mirror.
I personally would say this is a matte bronzer with the tiniest bit of shimmer, best thing about this bronzer is that it last's forever! You only need to use the tiniest bit. I have had this bronzer since last year in August 2012 and use it daily and have still not hit the pan.
The first one is called Saint Germain (A62) (Pink in the picture) and the texture is Amplified which means the lipstick is Bright, Opaque, very rich shade and very creamy, I absolutely love trying all mac lipsticks, but this have to be my favourite so far, the best thing about MAC lipsticks is there smell! Oh my, it's beautiful, smells like vanilla and it makes you want to eat it!
Second Lipstick is Lady Bug (A72)the texture of this lipstick is Lustre which is smooth and somewhat glossy, I love that this lipstick just glides on, the shade of this lipstick is a deepish red like a blood colour, Also the last lipstick is also Lustre is Cockney (A82) I adore this lipstick it is a brighter shade of red than Lady Bug, Cockney has a few shimmer tones, where as Lady Bug doesn't.

MAC Pro Longwear Concealer 9ML

I Adore this concealer more than any other out there!
I use this concealer to highlight my face if I contour.
I bought this concealer in the shade NC30 as I said it want it to be super light so I can highlight and the parts of my face are brighter than my foundation.
Yes they have definitely got the name right on this concealer as yes.. it does last all day!

I brought this bronzer in the shade Golden, as I thought it would be perfect for a light/medium skin tone.

My Favourite Beauty Guru Of All Time! - Nicole Guerriero

This woman actually completes my whole Youtube! She is from Tampa in Florida USA and She has been on Youtube for about three years now, and as soon as I clicked onto one of her video's over two years ago, she has done nothing but inspire me, from hair, to cosmetics, and she is the reason why I wanted to create this Blog. Nicole is such a fabulous person, inside and out, with over 600,000 Subscribers and 46,063,729 views she still loves to stay in close contact with us all, from asking us what we would like to see up on her next video, even to reply regularly on twitter! Nicole is absolutely adored on Youtube and I totally understand why!- She also has two kitty's who are regularly roaming around in the background of her videos somewhere - which i truly adore! Nicole is also very funny! Loves to pull funny faces and make silly noises, which yes... I laugh out loud.
She has the most spectacular eyebrows and hair, she changes her hair colour sometimes often from light to red back to brown, it's quite amusing to see her get so bored with one colour so fast!
